N95 mask for car?

Hey guys,

the air has been so bad for the past few weeks...and now that the dust has somewhat settled...all the petrolheads there think it is also a good time to change the car's air filter? I see everyone buy air purifier for the homes. But if the air in the car is no good...our premium car's health maybe also not so good...then we need to bring car go see doctor soon.

your cars air filter takes in worse shitt than smog n haze. everytime u r behind another car...ur air filter is working hard. filtering the exos gases from the car in front. don't think a month of haze is going to make a diff.

I'm looking at some HEPA filters right now. But it's because my car's AC filter has never been changed before, not cos of haze. Not sure if will void warranty though.

Hi, are you talking about air filter or aircon filter?

Aircon microfilter can buy from Eng Soon or other shops and DIY anytime. Otherwise workshop charges $10 for labour, very ex!

Both actually....aircon one should be quite bad...not sure about the engine one though. but since i am a typical kiasu singaporean...must double confirm chop stamp that all ok mah. we pay 100-200++++++++k for car mah. not 30k. maybe that's why i was thinking of taking better car of our 10yr rental cars...

I always buy OEM one from ES ($35+) but last month due to convenience I went PML to buy original one and ganna tok ($87). TMD. @##%4*(*##&^
So if you originally intended to buy from PML, but now go to other shop instead and save $50, please buy me coffee. Thank you.

I think it is worth the consideration.
After 4 days, my engine felt "choky".
So i added half a can of engine flush, and wash filter on Sun.

Now the delivery of speed is smooth.

I am also thinking of some form or additional filter,
especially when i am using cone cold air intake.

It's pollution to others.
You should keep your undies and pants on as they will act as filter of air and any possible discharge.

In Singapore context, 100k - 200k car is very cheap. Can only buy F30 316.

I think it is worth the consideration.

U better go to PML & bang table. My JDM has no issue rev pass 4k RPM.
