Re: Need advice on bmw hq and email address

ya...most likely some junior CS staff...but at least we tried rite?
anyway, the ball's in PML court....all of us have our grouses and bad experiences on and off.
so its up to PML to decide if they want to have or already have a CRM in place.
to be fair, customers aint gonna be rite all the time.....i have my share of nasty customers too..haha but seems like the grouses i got from my regulars regarding the servicing of their bmws are that the mechs just can't seem to get things rite the 1st time and try to tell customers its ok.
thats where the problem get snowballed.
well...u can see ppl switching to Audi, Merc etc.....so better do something to retain the customers if they treasure that, be it starter 3 series or high end 7 series....i aint gonna start off another PML bashing cos i think the co and its execs are smart and old enough to think for themselves.

hai.....i am new to BMW car too, just happen to bought a 3 series and try it out, but after reading above BMW problems, I some how find that BMW car seem to be a problematic car and parts are extremely expensive, is it just another expensive unreliable car? or is it just me having this type of thinking?

Re: Need advice on bmw hq and email address

You cannot compare BMW with Jap and Korean car in terms of reliability (sure loose)...maybe a better comparison is with Audi and Mercedes...Italian and French car will be worst..

The problem with BMW is they dont keep their design simple (just look at the folding angle of the side mirror that is weird to me)...look at the Jap simple and effective. New Models will always have some bugs in the software and nowadays every components is controlled by electronics driven by software/firmware.

But driving dynamics/feel is quite good for BMW. The best thing about BMW is the abundance of after market parts from wear and tear to performance parts....
