Need advice on various issues

Hi guys, need advice from experience bros here;
Car: BMW 730Li, F01, Yr: 2011.
Tyre: R18 Profile: 55
Mileage: 120k

1) Passenger rear floor has water ponding last Thurs. Went to PML to check and the claimed rubber seal behind glove compartment has leak during rain. They replaced the seal, but was told it takes 2 weeks to dry the floor carpet and sponge. Wasn't ready to give up car for 2 weeks so took the car back. abit regret because now the passenger car seat has clicking sound, probably due to shorting of ecu below seat soaked in water for too long... lol
Any workshop to recommend that has facilities to shorten fix time?

2) Feels car is jerking at low gears shifts, whether accelerating or cruising to slow down. Did a ATF change and reset adaptation but did't help.
Read from forum tt change of solenoid is next possible option. Or change whole gear box? Any suggestions for fix ?
a) if change solenoids, does WS normal change whole set of solenoids or just the ones affecting the lower gear shifts?
b) What's the expect cost?
c) which workshops can do solenoids change?
d) Change solenoid good enough or include mechantronics?

3) PML mentioned lower arms bushing crack, need to change whole arm. Read from forum can just replace bushing by pump out old bushing.
a) Any advice on which is better option?
b) If change just bushing, which WS to go to?
c) whats the expected cost?

4) Steering wheel clicks / twitch at idle. PML says is a steering column extension mechanism problem common. Any bros had similar issues before? Any suggestion of possible fix?

5) Knocking sound in under carriage when starting engine after car warms up (no problem with cold start after overnight). PML says sounds comes from transmission engagement at press of engine start button (when gear is in Park mode). Any bros had similar issues before? Any suggestion of possible fix?

6) Finds my rear air suspension hard at comfort mode even after reducing the tyre R18 Profile 55, pressure to 190KPa instead of recommended 210KPa. PML says nothing wrong with suspension. Any suggestion of possible fix?

7) Recently installed car cam with power magic (without battery power bank) direct connection to battery. Car pops up "battery continuous discharge" error every morning. If car left over 6-8hrs in day without engine start, no problem.
Current voltage cut-off on power magic set at 12V. Does increase of voltage cut-off to 12.4V help? Other than installing a battery pack for car cam, any suggestion of possible fix?

Bro ... we had 4 Bimmers so far that came in for the water pounding issue. We extracted several buckets of rain water ... it will take a few days to fully dry.


As for the gearbox issue - resetting the gearbox adaptations is only part of the reset process - it’s incomplete.
