Need advise : where to install M-kit

Dear Bros,

Deal to the escalating COE prices, I have decided to keep my current 5 yr old E60 for awhile longer.
To pacify myself just a little, I have ordered a M-aerokit myself and is due to arrive soon in abt 2 weeks time.

Can anyone advise where I can get someone to install/replace this for me. Must be able to spray paint as well.
How much am I expected to pay ?

I hv asked my usual workshop they say too complicated .. ask another one they quote me $1.2k just install and spraypaint.

Please advise.
