New 2 litre Twin Power turbo 5 series ......

Bros ... I just got news that the new F10 loaded with the new 2 litre twin power turbo will come in 2 variant ... a 180HP and higher output 245HP version and likely to be launch end of this year ... The new 245HP version will cost MORE than the current 523 inline 6 although it is 4 cyclinder!! Anyone heard anything similiar?

i got quote PI 528i N20 M-Sport 245bhp variant @ $238K+-
as usual, new engine sure more expensive ... wait for awhile unless if possible pay 180bhp and can unleash to 245bhp

oh wow, if that is the case, then I believe PML will sell the new 5 series 528 (twin power turbo 245HP version) at least 20-25k above the current 523 highline version ... which will bring it to around 260k ore more .that is terribly expensive for a 4 cyclinder bmw!

It is local bullshit lah. In Germany, 520 starts from Eur 39k. Luckily, 520 nvr uses 1.6T from Mini.

1 PI already have the price for 241 Hp 528i. 226k. OMV higher by about 5-10k. Specs unsure as of now but they already ordered a few units.

hmm can get the 528(UK spec N53 254hp) from PI @ 213k leh.. sophisto grey comes with suction doors(if i remember correctly).... OMV about 47k ..my PI just sms me the price revision... zhun as of today... but off course lah its an "older" model but it sure is something to be considered for 6 cylinder diehards...anyone keen can pm for the dealer's contact yah...

If PML prices 4 pots turbo higher than 523 6pots, it will be a direct opposite of Audi A6. I was told by PA SE today that the new 2.0 4 pots is around 16k cheaper than the 2.8 6 pots.
