yup, I never had any dealing with him or Eurokar and have no intention of doing so now or in the future. I do not know how he got my email and why he keeps sending me ads of his 2nd hand cars. I have already requested to be taken off the mailing list twice. Let's hope he take it seriously.

This bloody idiot called Mr Brit Cruz from iPerformance Pte Ltd even sent another email to tell us to remove our posting or face possible legal action. After the second email, I can confirm this Mr Brit Cruz ranks high on possible scumbag FT and we should warn everyone of iPerformance Pte Ltd's dubious business nature. Let's put it on a blacklist.

Mr Brit Cruz says we accused his company of being a SCAM. I would like to know which part of this thread did anyone use the word SCAM and also he says he is going to be a forum sponsor. He also said that if we do not wish to receive promotional emails, he would gradually remove us from mailing list. Why gradual? Must my email box be inundated with more of his company's promotional emails before he will remove my email?

Can Mr Cruz comment here please? It is after all a public forum and this is your chance to market your company here. Who knows, maybe I might buy an M5 from you since its so much cheaper...

And please do not threaten legal proceedings unless you get your facts right. There are lawyers in this forum as well. And Mr Cruz, there's no such thing as "professional lawyers" because all lawyers are professionals.
