New tires

Hi all out there. I am driving an e46 330i Coupe. Currently the tires are Bridgestones RE 040x and as they are wearing out, I'll need to change them. The sizes are:

Front 225 40 ZR18
Rear 255 35 ZR18

I called Chin Wah and they don't have any tires with these sizes in stock other than CSC3s.

Any comments on CSC3s?

How about PS2s? Are they equivalent of what I currently have?

Any advice is appreciated.
