Park Assist

Anyone has much success using the park assist.

I've been having hit and misses on this. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't get activated.

Anyone has comments how this works ?

First, your car needs to have the Active Park Assist.
Secondly, you'll need to turn on the parking sensors and "tick" the icon that has the P with steering wheel.
Travel at slow speed (less than 20km/h).
Flip on signal to the side that you're looking to park.
When car detects a big enough gap, the car will tell you to stop and engage Reverse gear.
Control reverse speed with brakes, and release hands from steering wheel.

Only works for parallel parking. Used on AH3 & 5GT.
