Pdc sensor error

Hi All, hope someone can give me an advice.

I bought a 2nd hand bm a week ago. before the handover of the car. i discover that there is an error on the PDC sensor in the idrive. I inform the car dealer. He mention that this can be fix. Therefore i did get him to write on the sales agreement that this problem will resolve by the dealer at thier cost.

Todate, nothing been done. What can i do? any advise. Thanks.

Depends on your relationship with them lor. If want to go official,

Serve them a registered letter stating clearly that if it is not done by xxx date, you will resolve it yourself and bill it to them, including but not limited to all cost and expenses incurred.

Then sent the bill to them by registered mail, incluidng an admin cost of $50.

As long as you have an agreement in writing, go after them in small claims tribunal.

Oh... forget about CASE. CASE is a barking dog; barking dogs dont bite.

i would say play nice to ask the dealer to fix the problem asap.
you are already at disadvantage side

It could be as simple as PDC sensor socket drop out. Get it fix when u sent the car for servicing. Maybe need to pay labour only.

Thanks all for your advise. Just wish to get things done. For those who wish to purchase 2nd hand car. Just take precocious.

DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SETTLE.

The 2nd hand dealer company starts with Yxx Cxxxx - AML mall #05-xx they has got 2 branch at the same floor.

Spoken to one of my golf kakis today. So happen, he encounter issue with this company few years back. Many years back i went to see thier car. The sales person attitude suck. i though they have change. I think its the root is the cause. Just be aware.
