Hi All
Had a very nasty and bad experience at Tri-King Accessories (Ubi Ave 4 Branch) as they have another Shop at Paya Ubi Area.
Was here few days back and wanted to ask the guy, Ken, to change my Headlights as one is already turning purplish. (My ride is E60). and after dismantling the bumper? he told me they only carry China Made Phillips Lights instead of original Osram from Germany.
Told him i do not wish to use Phillips and asked him to check up on Osram before getting back to me. He reluctantly reinstalled my bumper and had a hard time fixing it back properly. After which, my whole car was flat and can't even start and my OBC was even blinking erratically! He quickly said it's not his fault, blah blah blah, the usual defensive manner instead of helping me to solve the issue.
Thankfully, the chap next door, Emperor Motors selling PI Beemers came over and helped me jump start the car (Ron i think it's his name). Once jump started? car was only half power. So macam like driving a van at max speed of 60km/h. Went to J4C immediately.
So please totally AVOID this pariah shop at UB 1 (cos my new office is also here and wanted to support a fellow tenant). But learnt my lesson and this chap TOTALLY CMI.
Caveat Emptor! (he even misaligned my AE lights while putting back my front bumper. Chia Lat man!
