PML offers high overtrade, does PPSL offers high overtrade as well?

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

yes, PPSL do offer high overtrade too because they can earn both ways when you trade-in (any car, bimmer better) + buy from PPSL

If u all start comparing prices like that, some dimwit will come in to sell NDP tickets again saying why people can earn but he cannot

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

If you are COE/price sensitive, either sell your current ride to capitalise on high prices and switch to a used car with much lower depreciation, or hold on to current ride.

If you are not COE/price sensitive, just be a price taker and withstand higher depre.

There is no proper valuation model in the current low OMV/high COE environment. The fear factor of higher COEs is driving people to commit more (at times i"rrational"), even though the straight line depreciation is way higher now than before. What it means is that (1) lower OMV = distributors' margin (2) higher COE = high cost of car ownership. Either way, it is lose-lose for new car owners, unless some investment guru assumes that cars are investments and not liabilities.

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

If you have evaded tax or feel that you should pay more tax or want to make it to the top tax payer list then this is the time to buy cars..as many as possible pls...

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

Thats how buyers who appreciate the car they want to buy and kiam kanas will differ in evaluating their options and how they value the car in question.

Kiam kanas will calculate every single cent such as OMV, COE, depreciation, car body price, mileage, etc etc. Mods are not foremost on their minds, its like an extra or bonus to them and they will say things like mods have no value and also make it look like they buying the car from you so u should feel honoured and the mods should be free to them.

Real buyers only see a few important things: mod tastes whether acceptable to them, car whether well taken care of etc. Although OMV, COE, mileage etc will be factored in, but its the reverse order from kiam kanas.

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

Guess it's happening everywhere in the market. Even after comparing with other second hand dealers, I still feel PPSL is more credible. Pay a little more for the quality and warranty is worth it.

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

Any comments on $195,800 paid for an 523i Standard F10?
Mileage: 25,000
Reg Date: 28 June 10

Worth it?

Re: PPSL also in line with PML pricing... prices up across all ranges...

not worth. 1st, its barely after a year and mileage is already 25k km. Price at $195800 u might as well get brand new one which works out to be the same. At $195800 the 1st owner never suffer much depreciation cos he probably got it for about $200k only or less before the COE sky high prices.

At $195800, I might as well top it up to $205k for a 2011 Jan 528i which is being sold by a forummer here. Its a 535 without turbo...
