Recommendation for Suspension and Workshop

Dear All,

Require some advice on suspension. When I sent my car for STA inspection, result actually stated rear suspension failed. Known from previous owner that he actually did a low profile on the wheels, what does low profile means?

Any recommends for suspension and reliable workshop?
