Hi,

Just found a zun place that repairs curb rush on Hamann rims. In fact as long as your rims does not have anything sprayed on, they are able to repair. Charges are about $30 depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. Had mine done and I should say their quality is very good. Could hardly tell the difference. The place is located in Kallang. Will try to get hold of the address and contact number and post it here.

Wow, that sounds like a pretty good lobang.
I'd like to get my Hammans repaired too. Inherited the rims from the previous owner but there were quite badly scratched at the edges.
Look forward to hearing from you bro. :)

Hi bros,

Here we go...

Blk 1 Kallang Ave Industrial Centre
#01-168 S(339406)
Tel : 62953351

Actually they do any rims that has polished surfaces. But if painted surface, they can only repair it and you have to get it painted elsewhere. Their method is quite different, try it out and see the difference...

Hi,

It took them about 45 mins per rim. I drove my car there and they did the rest for me. Must bear with them though as there are only 2 staff there. For some workshops that I know, what they do is to sand the scratches, patch them up with some compounds then respray. My personal feeling is that when they do this, over time the patching might drop off/crack, especially when changing tyre. But for them, they use a machine to file off the scratches in such a way that it will 'blend' with the other areas that are un-scratched. Certain amount of skill needed here.

Even for polished lips? That's amazing. Gotta give it a try to believe.

Thanks, dude.
