very easy - just go TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
upload your pic
then go cut & paste the URL
Click the "Insert Link" button at the top
Then past the URL in the box
Voila~
Some more no need to take up bmw-sg bandwidth
