Service Workshop

Hi Newbie here. I just bought a Z4 coupe (07) which is my 16th BM (couple of M3 being my fav) and compliments my wife's 3.20. I am looking for advice as to a good service workshop to work with as I invest in extending the COE of this Z4. My first experience (2 visits) has been a disaster and I have been ripped off and taken the car back in worse shape on both occasions - supposedly a dedicated BMW expert!!! Any guidance and thoughts would be massively appreciated. Cheers
