Servicing under-warranty cars else were?

Hi all,

For PML cars under warranty, has anyone taken the plunge to service outside? Zheng Hu recently allows agent cars to be serviced outside and expect agents to fulfill the warranty.

Secondly PML now informs that they DO NOT allow owners to bring their own engine oil. Is that the same experience with others? Or simply bang table?
Well if they dun accept the only way is to take the business elsewhere and expect PML to honour the warranty unless proven it was damaged by the 3rd party service party.


BTW any BMW SG admin reading this, can accept my request to join the FB?
