Maybe was intentional. Since cannot find a parking space, just go up e kerb and legally can park there... call tow vehicle later when ready to go home

On serious note and discussion sake - It does not appear to be recklessly mounting the kerb... where's e debris from the front bumper and such? It could be a carefully navigated up onto the island*, from what I see, it is possible w/o damaging e front bumpers (excluding scratches in e under carriage).


* It is an official word for these structures in the middle of the road.
