Firstly let me say that i have used the search function, checked loads of forums, and asked lots of people, but have yet to find a definitive answer to my questions. I hope that posting this here will answer my questions once and for all. Thanks in advance to all that contribute.
The car is question is a 2005 M3.
1 ) Will the car be reading DVD or CD for the NAV system?
2 ) NAV only comes in Professional or is Business NAV a option? My SA tells me that there is only 1 NAV but from my (very old) M3 brochure under options there is Business and Professional.
3 ) When i have NAV, will it come with a Business Stereo or a Professional stereo? Or will there be no stereo at all?
4 ) What's the difference between Business and Professional for the stereo and the NAV system?
5 ) If i'm not wrong there will be a slot-in CD/DVD player in the dash instead of the slot-in casette player like in my 02 M3? (Can someone with NAV on a newer car (04-05) please post their interior i would really like to see what it is like. Thanks.)
6 ) Will the car be able to play MP3s? I see that people here with 3 series and other models are able to play MP3s but my SA informed me that only the NEW 7 series can play MP3s.
7 ) Bluetooth.. Seperate option? Comes with NAV? Or not avaliable at all. I have no idea on this.
8 ) "Shark Fin".. I read on M3Forum that the "shark fin" is for BMW Assist (what they have in the US) but i seem to get a conseseus answer from here that it is for NAV? So will it be present?
