Wah you bros up at 3 am!!

OK here is my 2c worth. I have removed all the functions which are common to all cars ie PI or PML. BTW master speccer for PML is Wobbles and for PI its omshks, tanad27 (Private Importer ie self import) and myself.

Specs are quite good as you have the Dynamic Drive EDC. HUD. Surrond View. Contrast stitching.

What is missing cf PML spec'd cars is the Adaptive LED Headlights, Sunroof, DVD Changer (not needed since there is harddisk and ipod /USB MP3 palyback), Professional HiFi System,

What is extra cf PML cars is Connected iDrive, Alarm, Surround View, Contrast stitching and Leather Dashboard,

Also don't have is M-Spork

Great option rarely found in PI cars unless indented (exp 10K - allows you to change the suspension to chiong)
Don't know how it comapres with KW V3 Coilovers though

19in standard rims on PML models

Alarm system (usually only found on PI cars, option for PML)

Soft-Close-Automatic doors (Std in PML cars)
Nice to have. Door is heavy

Reversing camera
Nice to have. Standard in PML cars)
Surround View - super option. The car is difficult to park (Optional in PML cars)

Sports seat
Lumbar support, driver and passenger
(Standard in PML cars)

Contrast stitching
Instrument panel, leather-covered
Nice but expensive. Standard on PML 650i

Stolen Vehicle Tracking (only on UK PI cars - press the button and you can connected to the Police!!! Ask Bro omshks. He tried it.)

Google local search function is fantastic. Needs to be activated (See 6 series forums for the threads on this)

DAB tuner
Digital Radio Tuner. Not sure we can use this in SG

Area-Code 2 for DVD - Need to go to Soundwerkz or Elebest to change to Code free or Code 3.

Active pedestrian protection
Interesting feature found in UK PI cars. If you hit a pedestrian, the bonnet actively retracts to minimise injury to the pedestrain.


HiFi speaker system
This is the low end system. PML cars come with HiFi Professional which has 600W and Surround Sound. Even higher end is B&O system which is a $16K option

Nice to have but all dun have is AUTOMATIC SOFT CLOSE BOOT !!!!

BTW you may need to go and get your GPS Map upgraded to SG MY Thai Premium Map 2012. (or bargain for them to include it). You can get it done at the site sponsors. I did mine with Soundwerkz. Once you get the latest map you will also activate the Traffic Info Function and the 3D maps

PI Cars come with a wonderful comprehensive super premium map of the entire European Continent so you can set your guidance system to go to Munich and visit the BMW Welt Museum!!!

Thks...lookin at list, I seem to hav gain more n lost a few.

the biggest loss is the LED Adaptive headlights. Can this be retrofitted? will also be doin the quad SS exhaust, once I hear fm you guys how it sounds. Love the look of Quads.

Oops sorry. You mentioned F13 so I assumed Coupe. Convertible is F12

Local map is ususally the cheap free non premium map. You can go to the idrive and check the version.

It should be the 2012 Premium Map for SG MY and I think Thailand

Mine was a group buy from back in May together with omshks and neeyeo. I wanted to wait till I ran the car in before changing. Drumminz did his later.

Sorry bro ACSCAB2, was a little busy today (which is rare for me) - only just found time to dig thru my options brochure - I'll show you what my F13 came with. But, as what bro bonedoc said, mine was an ala carte menu choice - I wanted to choose & pick the items for the car, so PML defaulted to the base model, and I started adding my spec choices in. Most of the ex-stock items come far more loaded than the bare-basic template from which I worked my way up.
