Oilman's dream neighbor come true...
After residents in a Taipei neighbourhood complained that someone was cleaning their cars without permission, police managed to track down the vigilante car washer.
Confronted by police as to why he was buffing his neighbours' cars to a sparkling shine (the villain!) the man said he suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and felt compelled to polish vehicles. Police released the man without charge.
However, as the man left the police station he noticed that the patrol cars were looking kind of dirty and whipped out his trusty chamois and began cleaning them. Officers reportedly gave the man NT$100 (20 yuan) for his trouble and asked him to "stop cleaning".
