Tire Pressure

Hi all,

May I know how much pressure you all pump for your rubbers?

Not sure which one to follow.. panel stated front 240 rear 270 = correct? :roll:

My rubbers setup are: (RFT)

Front 235/40/R18
Rear 255/35/R18

my label showing 270/300 for 18" if i remember correctly.
Somehow i find it too high .... ever tried of 250/270 n feel the ride very bumpy....
now pumping at 235/250 for 19".... still monitoring....

Hi, thanks for sharing..

My past rides r all JDM & max size of rims ive used r 16'' thus mainly pump all 230 for grip & better FC. Now having this tires setup, Im totally lost & hearsay RFT no need pump etc etc.. but somehow i felt I odd to as i runs island wide.

Check ur owner manual. If don't have, i have another more complicated way.

Didnt see it inside e manual book but on driver side panel, it indicate some pressure to go for.
So can i just follow e guideline stated??

Eg:

Front 235/40/R18 = 240
Rear 255/35/R18 = 270

That's should be it. Do take note whether it is full load or partial load. It clearly indicate on the sticker.

Full load = Always carry ppl around.

Hi brudders ~~ Merry Christmas & may all well wishes comes true!!

Due to hetic schedule, im only able to make time this morning for e tire pump.

Both measurement are basing on working temp & not cold temp
Using Bridgestone RE050A RFT

Existing pressure inside are:
Front (225/40/R18 ) @ 260+-
Rear (255/35/R18 ) @ 290+-

Ive reduce it to:
Front (225/40/R18 ) @ 240
Rear (255/35/R18 ) @ 260

FR: ride less bouncy / hard but side wall feels softer during hard corners. I may increase it to Front 250 Rear 270. Any comment??

Bear in mind as u drive the tyre heats up and 240>>250.

I only pump 220/230 these days. Back side very comfy....

Yes boss! I always base on working temp rather than cold temp to gauge my tire pressure. Meaning to say is: when I up e pressure, it @ working temp (heated up range) not when cold.
My backside still can tahan, cos trained by previous ride already

Yo Bros,

My ride is -Back 255/35R18 , -Front 225/40R18 (92Y) and i pump 270Back/250Front...and i feel like very "Bloated" when driving...

may i know for my this setting Wat is the recommend tire pressure????
