Transmission Failure on i drive and car jerk when come to stop

Recently experience Transmission Failure on my idrive when floor the accelerator sometimes and going up slope at the carpark. as well as car jerk coming to fully stop . Had sprint booster on 520i. would the sprint booster cause all this problems??? where and which workshop should i go for my next servicing at 123k km? Thanks

123k mileage? i'm worry about your gearbox up lorry ...
bring it to BVO to check .... if not satisfy, can check with another workshop ie: Boss / J4C / Khang Auto (since they specialize in gearbox)
