Tyre for 19" rim?

Currently on Michelin PP2 18" and considering upgrading to 19" rims but was told by the tyre shop the price from PP2 18" to PP2 19" is almost double.

So my question is are there any similar spec tyres at 19" that cost around the PP2 18" price range? Also would the ride comfort, stopping and driving dynamics be greatly affected?

maybe you try Falken or Toyo.

but to get similar performance as Michelin PP2 on the same price is tough.

19" tire is known to be more expensive. especially when you opp of staggered.
