Undercarriage plastic cover

my undercarriage plastic cover is "partially" tear / broken
it's the damn stone that dented my rim tear the undercarriage plastic cover.
i bend down to take a look and the damage one is the "piece" right underneath the front passenger seat.

1. where to replace at outside workshop ?
2. must go back to PML ? hope this will not cost an arm and a leg

i'm thinking to replace the tear unit ASAP especially now heavy rain !
