this is my version:
- 6 sounds like 'loke' in cantonese. extrapolate that to hokkien, 'loke' mean 'poor' or ' empty' or 'unlucky'.
- 4 sounds like 'die' in cantonese
- 5 sounds like 'muh' in cantonese which extrapolate to hokkien can be 'boh' mean 'nothing' or 'dont have'
so if u put all together, it sound like 'very unlucky and poor until die' for (64) and 'very unlucky until own nothing' for (65).

"6"'s intepretation can be ambiguous, since it sounds like "luck" in Hokkien. In fact, the Rolls Royce of Ng of Far East Organisation is plated 6.
"4" is definitely not auspicious by all counts.
"5" sounds like "not" in Cantonese. "58" means "not prosperous", for instance.
If you combine all the digits to form "6465", dun think it sounds of any specific connotations with regards to auspicious undertone.

1167...which is even worst as it carries some vulgar connotation in the last 2 digits....everyday kena xxxx
246....in cantonese it is.....easy to die loh [ wah lao someone I know actually went to bid for such a number...siao]
1358.....whole life wont get rich....
