Read alot about the above mod.

Could someone share with me in terms of priority which mod to do first on my E46 320i?

Wat is the BHP gain and would the ride be noiser with the respective mod?

I am looking at increase in peformance, but no increase in noise level. Thus, CAI - open air filter cone and exhaust is out for me.

ITG should be a better filter for ur six pot

Get the pulleys first then the air filter. (if following what is said above)

However, please define what you mean by performance as it is rather vague. You can get better performance from modifying your suspension parts rather than engine mods as well. so you need to decide what you want.

As a rule of thumb, always upgrade your suspension and brakes before doing up the engine. Cheers!
