Very bad service from PML workshop staff

Hi Guys,

I'm a member of this forum and have been reading quite a no. of comments of PML.

Jus to share my story today :

I send my car for a raidiator check today since its been consuming water recently and needs top up. B4 I send my car there, I had make appt with the service advisor Ms C****, since I know her for quite sometime. When I reach there at 10am, I park my car and pass the keys to the advisor. B4 that I check my car, (I use to be a very heavy smoker) I had left 8 pkts of cigarette under the passenger car seat. (I counted its 8 b4 i pass my car to the service advisor).

After all repair done, my wife collect my car for my behalf. She paid all neccessary charges and b4 she rode off, she check my cigarette in the car (why she did it, becos she said someone in PML had been taking my cigarette, from the past service , which i dun agree) she found only 5 packets left .............

Well some may say I'm stupid to left my belongings in the car since PML had already inform us to remove watever expensive items from the car. What I'm very piss off now is :

My wife spoke to the advisor again, she said : I cant help u since we had already informed u to remove watever its valuable from yr car. My wife told her : Ok, its fine, not becos of a few packets of cigarettes that I'm pissed, I think PML need to give some explanation. My wife asked for the workshop manager name and was given as (Tony).

The service advisor said : Aiya, no use one lar, cos we already told u not to put valuable things in the car liao. YES, I AGREE, but can i ask a simple Q to PML. : ARE U TRYING TO TELL ME THAT YOU WORKSHOP STAFF IS ALL THIEF AND CROOKS ???????????

I hope u guys get what i mean. I'm willing to stand out for this issue and this is not a flame. If the admin is in doubt, I'm always ready to pass u my mobile no together with my receipts n car no for verification.

As to why I say that, I'M PISSED

Thats why most of us rather go to our own independent workshops whom we rather pay a little bit for better and more reliable service.

Most times we end up paying leser if we do the above if you go the right places.

well ... from my own experience with PML ... i once came from camp to send my car for servicing. essentially i had to remove my SBO & helmet and carry with me since i was afraid i might need it at home ... left my car with them ... i normally leave alot of small change in my car ... not too many 50cents and $1 coins but maybe about $7-8 worth ... and alot of 10cent and 20cent coins ... imagine my suprise when i went to pick up my car and found only the 10cent and 20 cents left ... but i decided not to kick up a fuss since i know they said leave valuables at own risk ... so just got to be careful with what you leave behind ...

Look on the "bright" side, they only took your cigarettes. They could have left things behind like scratches and dents.
