Water leakage behind the front wheel at driver side

Noticed water leakage on the front right wheel(driver side). Quite sure it's not engine oil. Anybody experience this before? Appreciate some guidance here..Photo attached

I experienced it recently, its your windshield washer tank, probably the tank or the motor is leaking. Mine just replaced the motor and its fixed.
