Where to find license plates like these?

I think these are just the plates without the frame and it is stick on?
Correct me if i am wrong.. but thats what i think they are from the photo.

u can get those sticker type also..the ones mostly on Lotus & Rx8..just a sticker for u to stick on..

ah they're most likely mounted on with mounting tape, (eg. the black coloured kind from 3M)
mine's like tt too, and it's secure so far, even on NS highway..

btw, anyone's got EM plates for sale?
