Where to get scratched windscreen repaired?

The left side of my windscreen got scratched badly by the faulty left wiper and caused very obvious streaks. Because of that I dare not use the wipers even in heavy rain to prevent the scratches from getting worse.

But I think it's time for me to get off my chair and get it fixed.. any recommendations?

Last time dad's car had a chip on his windscreen, he found this guy who can repair it....

If can repair will be good. After the replacement the next thing to worry is that the seal might not be as good as the factory fit. I m not too sure what will happen but i m sure that it will be very different.
