Who is right of way?

A car failed to stop at zebra line when coming out of a shopping center,
pedestrian pissed off and manage to kick the car boot before the car can zoom off,

Car driver come out and comfront pedestrian...

Who is right in this case?

If car got camera and recorded someone kicking his car then of course driver win .....

It has always been and always will be - who can present evidence wins. Its has never been who is right or wrong or justice whatever unless you are an idealist who just graduated from police academy or law school.

put a foot onto the zebra crossing
Traffic Policewoman said to me this is the law. Only a verbal warning from her.
But kicking someone's car is a separate offence.

Didn't highway code teach all cars must slow down or stop at a pedestrian crossing? In this case, I believe the pedestrian has the right of way.

pedestrian involve kids, i think car is damm wrong

Just witness a bimmer went past a pedestrian crossing(its green light) and missed an old uncle by abt 2 feet!! Saw the uncle raised his fist n shouted. I went next to the car at the next traffic light and stared at the aunty driver. Think she is too blind to see anything. Tui

tsk tsk tsk.... was the bimmer driven by aunty heavily modified with aftermarket upsized rims and tires + bodykit + wing mirror + aftermarket exhaust + tint?

LTA / TP... what are you doing....?? even non modified (stock) cars driven by 'reckless' drivers are equally dangerous on the roads.

a few times I kena horned by some impatient FT from behind when I stop to allow padestrians cross at zebra crossing.

I will then wind down my window, stick my middle finger out and move at go kart speed .... I hope one day I get stomped for 'ungracious' XXX marque driver....

Car not giving way at Zebra crossing would get away the most with a warning if no one is hurt, but kicking a car will be slightly a more serious matter. Maybe kena sue for damage. Either way no good, drivers should CONSCIOUSLY practice PATIENCE on the road.
