Saw some very old posts on this topic but wanted a current opinion on the topic.
About to collect my new X3 and am planning of installing a Blackvue dashcam plus Cellink battery pack via an authorised Blackvue installer.
Keen to have it hard-wired but wanted to check whether PML will void the warranty if they see the Blackvue hard-wired.
If yes, then will go for a cigarette lighter plug for Cellnet. Although not keen to use up my cigarette lighter plus it may not look very nice. Which cigarette lighter location is best to be used (I think there is one in the front, one in rear row and one in boot).
