will exhaust tip vibrate after changing exhaust tip from stock exhuast?

Just change the tip of the stock exhaust to those aftermarket. And notice the tip vibrate during idling. Is this normal? I understand aftermarket exhaust system will but now is just to tip only.

IMO, it should not, be it just the tip or entire muffler.

You can check if the muffler is firmly 'hooked' on the 'rubber' holder, if not even stock will vibrate. Other reason could be the 'rubber' holder is worn.

You mean before the tip was installed - the original tips does not vibrate ?

How did they install the tip - in place cut and weld ?

Something is wrong with installation. If vibrate then no one will even change their tips or exhaust

Cut n weld. Yea before was ok. Now I see the whole muffler vibrate. Damn will go and ask them tomorrow. Call them Ytd. But he said is normal zzz.

Maybe new feature just like puppy swing tail when saw owner?

Better get it check as it might cause weld joint metal fatigue cause crack or it might fall on road if clip on locknut type.

My ex car bolt on type muffler tip , dropping when i move out from my hdb carpark. My first reaction was..... move off as usual pretend as nothing happend, when i came home from work, saw my tip at carpark walkway with masking tape and writing, owner of skb.....a , your exh. tip was dropped .

Seems like still got kind heart ppl around.

how bad is it vibrating, 1mm, or 1 cm. let us know some figures so as to see if it is normal
