Anyone heard of Wilwood BBK??
I am thinking of getting Wilwood or Brembo.

So what you guys think?? Wilwood is a little cheaper.

Wilwood only makes applications for M3s. They're pretty good stuff

Wilwood makes a variety of BBKs for BMWs too
One of the bros here ordered one set for his E39.

Wilwood is so much cheaper.
350mm 6pot for Wilwood cost around 3600 us$$
350mm 4pot for Brembo cost around 4500 us$$

Where u got the quote from?
The wilwood website doesnt say any rear kits for E46 nor Z4

Those are pretty expensive as well if you ask me.....
Wouldn't Stoptech and AP be cheaper than $3600US?

His quotes are for entire kits I believe
and in the case of brembo it's probably 4p front n 2p rear, not that GrandTurismo 4 by 4 ones

I got the quote from the dealer here in Bangkok. They are just rough price, not an exact price.
Yes thes price are for the whole kit.

Wilwood seems to be pretty new to Road use BBK, cuz they normally do brakes for racing. But the price seem pretty cheap+ more pots and larger rotor

So what you guys think.

Price cheap is one thing
But I m also an aesthetic freak...Wilwood 4potter caliper looks crappy (bit like delifrance's ciabatta bread with two corners bitten off)

The 6 is fine tho.

I hv personally never considered Wilwood when upgrading
Either StopTech, APRacing or Movi't only and the first one is the best value for money IMO

But I have only 3 main choices in my country.
1. Endless for BMW
2. Brembo
3. Wilwood

No way I would go for Endless, resale value will be super crap.
Wilwood is kind of cheap.
Brembo.....expensive.
AP, Stoptech, Movit...are not my choices....cuz I have to order it by myself...tax here are bad thing to deal with

have you measured how large the calipers are, as compared to say, the 4 pot brembos or stoptechs?
