Rotor has been machined to look that way and did not wear out naturally. It is a fake because there should be corrosion at non swept surfaces. The rotor would have worn on both sides fairly evenly, not one side. And even if the pads and rotor had worn off that much, brake judder would have been rough to the point of being violent.
