I understand for recent batches of E90 320 have this transmission prob, sounds like "clutch slip" in manual trannys, previously there was another forum member that had this prob. This sounds like the new "facelift" batch with the 156bhp N46 engine. Im driving the E90 320 with the 150bhp N46 engine and did not encounter such problems you have mentioned. I think it would best you bring in to PML for a sys diag. They would be the best ppl to check out the prob.

Thanks. I just need to know this is abnormal. PML will always claim this and that is normal and frankly I am sick of it. I was hoping for more owners will similar experience and has gotten PML to fix it to come forward and describe what has been done to their car so that I know what to request from PML
