hi all,
Just testing the waters here. Looking to sell my practically new Alfa Romeo 159 2.2, bought in late Oct 2012. This is actually from the last batch of 159s sold in Singapore
Reason for selling? Well I used to have a E60 530i before this and thought I'd get an Alfa for the true petrolhead experience but I can't adapt to the power deficit. Going to 272 bhp to 185bhp has not been easy and I am itching to get a more powerful car (probably a E90 335i).
The car is Alfa Red in color with Tan Leather seats. It's done 7K and is in showroom condition, smelling as new as ever. Its a Cloverleaf model so it has goodies like sports suspension, sports steering wheel, turbine rims and the works. And comes with a 5 year agent warranty.
COE is 87K+ and OMV 23K+. And in view of tumbling COE prices, I'm asking for 135K, which is a quite a big chunk off what I paid for it
So if any of you or your friends are looking for a worry free way to have the true Alfa Experience, this is your chance since the Giulietta and Mito aren't really in the same league as the 159, charm wise and older 159s don't have a 5 year warranty. And the best part is due to the high COE, after the 5th year, the paper value of this car will still be 60K+ so your depreciation is pretty capped as well.
If anyones interested, watsapp me at nine zero zero five eight zero five six for pics.
P.S: you can check out a fairly unbiased review of me on my car at Alfa Romeo 159 2.2 JTS SELESPEED (QUADRIFOGLIO VERDE) 2008 User Reviews | New Cars | Oneshift.com
