A few weeks ago, the biggest BMW event in South Africa, BMWDay GP #3, happened.
The host, SABeemer, managed to live up to the reputation and organized another yearly BMW Festival for all the BMW fans and owners from all over the country.
According to Tim Abbott, MD of BMWSA, South Africa holds one of the top places in the number of BMW M market share and sales. In terms of BMW M market share, the country has the 5th place in the world.
The Festival featured unbelievable 916 M vehicles and 1,049 BMW M Performance vehicles. The numbers confirm that there is a 40% increase compared to 2014 and show just how big a South African market actually is.
