Eurokars Habitat raises S$4,020 from the MINI ‘Getaway Drive for Charity’

Life moves into top gear for Children-At-Risk-Empowerment Association.

Singapore. Eurokars Habitat Pte Ltd, the official distributor of MINI cars in Singapore, today announced the completion of its month long corporate charity drive for CARE Singapore which started with a unique collaboration during the Singapore Twestival event held in March 2011.

The “Getaway Drive for CARE”, was a charity project initiated by Eurokars Habitat to help raise funds for the Children-At-Risk-Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore), a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youth turn their lives around.

As part of this noble endeavour, Eurokars Habitat Pte Ltd provided a handful of corporate organizations the opportunity to drive the largest MINI ever, the all new  MINI Cooper S Countryman All4 covered in specially designed decals supporting CARE, for a period of 3 days each.

The organizations which took part in this unique endeavour include the likes of Rikecool Automotive Pte Ltd and Kinetic Singapore.

Each participating organization contributed $670 to this worthy cause. A total of S$2,010 was raised from this fundraising activity and the entire amount was matched by Eurokars Habitat Pte Ltd, for a grand total of S$4,020 which will be donated to CARE to help them continue their invaluable work.
