MINI Paceman Approved for Production

A recent report from Automotive News says that the MINI Paceman concept has been approved for production. BMW board member Ian Robertson said during an interview: “We will take this car into engineering now and over the next few months we’ll firm up the exact launch date for it.”

Robertson also said that the MINI Paceman will go into production after the MINI Countryman Coupe is launched by the end of 2011. With these two models that are essentially similar to one another to be launched in the market, it is quite interesting to see how MINI differentiates the two models.

Automobile enthusiasts expect the MINI Paceman to be available in a full assortment of engines.
