The new MINI Clubman ALL4 gives consumers even more choices for the brand’s driving fun. It is a combination of MINI’s innovative, premium compact package but made even more versatile and sporty. It uses the newly developed all-wheel drive platform and is available in two engine variants.
The first variant is the MINI Cooper S Clubman ALL4. It is powered by a 4-cylinder petrol engine with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology (turbo charging, direct injection, fully variable valve control, variable camshaft control). It delivers 141 kW/192 hp at 5 000 rpm and 280 Nm at 1 250 rpm torque. It goes from 0-100 in 7.0 seconds and logs in an average fuel consumption of 7.0 – 6.9 litres/100km.
The second variant is the MINI Cooper SD Clubman ALL4. It is powered by a 4-cylinder diesel engine with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology (turbocharger with variable turbine geometry, common rail direct injection). It delivers 140 kW/190 hp at 4 000 rpm and 400 Nm at 1 750 – 2 500 rpm max. torque. It goes from o-100 in 7.2 seconds. Top speed is 222 km/h and average fuel consumption is 4.9 – 4.8 litres/100km.
This new generation of the all-wheel drive system ALL4 comes with electrohydraulic regulation, optimised weight and increased efficiency in the largest and most versatile MINI model. The Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) also allows for immediate response in driving style changes and driving conditions. MINI is going for a practical vehicle in this model. They want to give the customers the capability to enjoy a larger and more powerful MINI vehicle.
A few more options for the MINI Clubman ALL4 Â include an 8-speed Steptronic sports transmission with shift paddles at the steering wheel and Launch Control function for highly dynamic acceleration from standing, Driving Modes and Steptronic transmission. Auto start/stop function and GREEN mode including coasting with decoupled drivetrain is standard.
