Nurburgring Testing: 2018 MINI Coutryman Cooper S

One of the best places in the world to test the new cars, at least according to Germans, is the Nurburgring track. BMW Group is especially fond of the track, and now we can see the 2018 MINI Countryman Cooper S being tested.

The biggest MINI ever, otherwise called SUV, was taken to the Nurburgring and everything has been recorded. Under the hood, it features a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, producing 192 HP. Considering the size of the car, it looks pretty fast on the track. It even looks lighter than it actually is.

The new Countryman will likely feature the well-known technical specs from its brothers. On the design field, we expect some changes compared to the hardtop or the Clubman. With a size increase comes a more spacious interior, but the fit and finish will remain premium as they always were.
