The Convertible now joins the MINI Cooper 3-Door and 5-Door models, solidifying Oxford as the heart of the MINI Cooper family. With fresh exterior and interior designs paired with cutting-edge digital features, the new generation of this open-top icon is ready to wow MINI enthusiasts.

The creation of the MINI Convertible is a collaborative effort across the UK. BMW Group Plant Swindon handles body pressings and sub-assemblies, while advanced engines are crafted at BMW Group Plant Hams Hall. These components come together at MINI Plant Oxford, where final assembly, painting, and body production ensure a top-tier finish.
The MINI Convertible has a long history of turning heads. Since its debut in 2004, it has captured hearts with its retro styling and standout features. Over 160,000 first-generation models rolled off the Oxford line, followed by an equally successful second generation. While production briefly moved to VDL Nedcar for the third generation, the return of the Convertible to its Oxford roots marks a new chapter in its story.
