Video – BMW M1 takes us back in time

XCAR takes us back in time with an interesting video of the legendary BMW M1 — the only supercar ever introduced by BMW that made it to production and was hand-built between 1978 and 1981. It was presented in 1978 at the Paris Motor Show as the M divisions first ever creation.  Only 456 units were built and at the time of its launch, it was one of the fastest and most dynamic cars on the market, delivering 277 horsepower with it s 3.5-liter straight-six engine. Torque is 243lb ft, 0-62mph is achieved in 5.6seconds and top speed is 163mph.
