We’ve witnessed a lot of incredible tricks lately of the BMW M8. Similarly, the F90 M5 has already proved its metal in so many ways so far and yet the M8 is supposed to be better than that. This video will show you how these beasts can become proper supercars as long as their rivals still has naturally aspirated engine.
Normally, none of this is possible and yet it happened. Possessing a similar amounts of power, the BMW M8 and Lamborghini Aventador SVJ go head to head in this drag race video. I know you expect the BMW M8 to have no match against the aerodynamic properties and lighter weight of the Aventador. Well, you have to watch video to find out.
Without a doubt, BMW did an incredible job on the current F9x M cars. The engine alone is already outstanding, yet it has so much more to offer. With 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 S63, we all know that it has a copious amounts of power at its disposal. Along with the upgrades, issues from the older version were also resolved. To be honest, the gearbox and its all-wheel drive system seems to be the key features of this car.
All because there are numerous other cars that struggle to go off the line just because they have too much power and too little contact with the ground. Fortunately, this is no longer an issue with the new M xDrive system. Miracles are about to happen in this range.
Both of these cars have in excess of 800 HP, according to the video description. We are not sure exactly how much but those are pretty impressive figures. On its side, the M8 has the torque advantage thanks to its turbocharge. As for the Lambo, its aerodynamics and ultrafast transmission make up for everything else. Watch the action start around the 18-minute mark.
