Re: E60 A/C problem. It is common fault? The compressor kick in only during higher engine speed (more than 1,500rpm). At normal idle speed (600rpm), only the blower was switched on. The compressor was replaced after my second complaint to PML.

Re: E60 A/C problem. It is common fault? I too have this problem with my 523 LCI some months back but was rectified when PML replaced the compressor. Could it be batch problem? I got my ride in June 07.

Re: Aircond problem Glad that the problem is finally resolved when PML replaced the complete compressor unit. Other than the inconvenice in leaving the car there for 2 days, no replacement cost inccurred.

Re: Aircond problem I have checked the setting at the OBC, looks okay. Realised this problem after my third servicing. Not sure what they have done any setting then. Hopefully they can resolve this problem during my next servicing. Anyway tks.
