Re: Pump price up yet again The problem with sports mode is that it is harder to modulate the throttle. Therefore the jerkiness comes in when one steps too hard initially and has to let go of throttle abruptly to compensate. It is possible to modulate the throttle in sports mode however...

Re: Pump price up yet again Sports mode doesn't have to be jerky if one has an educated foot :) For break in there are two schools of thought: (i) baby the car for the first 3000km (ii) drive it like you stole it once the car is warmed up (see the thread on air cooled pcars by BorisRS)...
