Donno how to attach pics but pls see pics in the link below. Letting go of the eyelids as well as the sports springs (front and back, red colour, but donno used for how long cos installed by previous owner-i bought less than a month ago). Pm me a reasonable offer and you can have them both...

Re: E30 gearbox dilemma Hi You may want to consider changing the auto transmission fluid. I changed mine and the gearbox is working fine now (used to have a 2-second delay on reverse gear). Should get it flushed and top up with new fluid.
