Re: starting problem Hi all. I've a similar problem with the E34 I'm driving. Thought it was bcos of the age of the car but looks like the newer models have it too. Have already changed air flow sensor, idling valve, serviced throttle body and starter motor in the last 1 year. THe problem...

Re: Anyone tried Broquet? The fuel saving device. I tried a B40 for a few months. Don't think it saves fuel in the absolute sense, but I did notice that it seem to allow lower grade of fuel to be used without noticeable differences.

Re: Hello ALL Thanks everyone. Hi Opvaulet, Yea, the car's quite thirsty. Over the last year I've had problems with starting the engine intermittently. Sometimes needing to entended cranking and at one period the starter motor did not even spin. Sort of solved them after quite a bit...

Hi everyone, Have browsed the site and forum in the past b4, but finally signed up recently. Great info you have here. Hope to be able to contribute as well. Relatively new to the bimmers' world, been driving a '89 12V E34 520 since April 04. Love the ride though it can do with more power...
