Re: Does your E60 'drink' coolant? I had the same issue in my E60 520 2.2L where I was topping up coolant approximately every month. J4C changed the expansion tank and it has been fine for the last 6 months.

Re: E60 under seat woofer I have the SWS in place for over a year now and it still sounds great, makes me smile everytime i crank it up :) Since you already got an amp for the subs, why don't you just swap them out as there's really little downside.

Re: to all e60 520i owners.. My 520i gives me a surpirsing 480km this week :) More off-peak hour highway driving this week. But normally get about 450km. OBC says 8-8.2 km per litre of 98 RON. Normally it is 15km to and fro work in exciting CTE traffic.

Re: E60 Air Con It should normally stay off when you turn it off pressing that big "off" button. However, although i searched the manual and could not see any auto "on" function through ignition. You might just want to check your iDrive > Climate > Independent mode.
